PAG - Portable Arctic Generator

I built a mobile cooling device for proof-of-concept purposes. The batteries I used first had a way too high internal resistance, but since I changed them to high power rechargeables I can create temperatures of about -10°C at a 40mm x 40mm square. You can have a look at it here.
